Information
Rooms are available from the 15h day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on departure day.

 Our booking conditions
Confirmation of the reservation by mail, fax or internet
 Request a deposit calculated on the total amount of the stay, or sent by check or money order.
For any residence:

•  1 to 3 days: 30%
• 4 days or more: 50% deposit

For any reservations made breakfast, benefits not consumed can be no refund.
The deposit is paid after knowledge, and constitutes acceptance of all the clauses of this contract, including the booking conditions and cancellation charges outlined below.

 Our cancellation policy
 We wish to inform you that in case of cancellation before arrival or in case of early departure during your stay, it will be due as a penalty in the defaulting contractor a fee in the as follows:

 For stays of 1 to 3 days:
 

• 15 days before arrival: no charge
• 14 to 7 days before arrival: 30% of the total
• 6 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the total
• 3 days of arrival: 70% of the total
• No show or early departure: 100% of the total

For stays of 4 days or more:

•  until 30 days before arrival: no charge
•  from 29 to 21 days before arrival: 50% of the total
• 20 to 14 days before arrival: 70% of the total
• 13 to 7 days before arrival: 80% of the total
•  6 days of arrival: 90% of the total
• No show or early departure: 100% of the total stay
